At Into the Whirled Yarn & Fiber Co., we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-dyed treasures. If your order isn't quite right, we accept returns on unused and unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your yarn is in its original put-up (skeined, not caked) and that fiber remains in its original packaging, free from smoke or pet odors.
Contact Support
Email our studio team with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.
Package Securely
Place the items in a sturdy shipping envelope or box along with a copy of your packing slip to ensure your return is identified correctly upon arrival.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, excluding original shipping costs, within 5-7 business days.
