How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For dyed-to-order collections or special releases, please check the specific product description for estimated lead times.

Yes, we ship our yarn and fiber worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Are your colorways consistent across different dye lots?
As our products are hand-dyed in small batches, slight variations between skeins are natural. We recommend alternating skeins every few rows for larger projects to ensure a seamless blend.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, resalable yarn in its original put-up (skein or braid) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Can I request a custom dye order?
We occasionally open slots for custom orders depending on our current production schedule. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific project needs.
How should I care for my finished hand-knit items?
While some of our bases are superwash treated, we always recommend hand washing in cool water with a gentle wool wash and laying flat to dry to preserve the longevity of your fiber.
